Away from home

It's been nearly two weeks since I left manila and went to UK. I remember I was so very excited and nervous at the same time. My hubby was so very supportive even though he seems sad. However, he always deny it.. He's happy daw that I was given a chance to be deployed on a client's site. He encourages me to give my best and enjoy my trip. Haays.. I miss my hubby. I wish he's here with me. Facetime and email seems not sufficient to fill my longings. 10 weeks more and I'll be flying back to manila. For now I have to focus on my project.

The Wedding Church

Finally,after several scouting, we already have a church - the  Archdiocesan Shrine of Jesus, The Way, The Truth & The Life located near SMX of Mall of Asia in Pasay City.  Thanks to my dear friend Duday for helping me out. It was so hard to find a slot for December 11. Most of the churches we visited including this church were fully booked. Last February 26, 2011, I called the Shrine if there's an available slot and there was, the date is December 17. We went back to pencil book the date and we were so lucky that there's an available slot for December 11 so we booked it on the spot. Breakfast: Cheese Waffle Pancakes

My hubby bought me a new Imarflex 3 in 1 Snack Maker because my LO loves to eat Cheese Pancakes. I love the new cooking tool because I was not good in cooking pancakes using a pan. It always ended up uncooked in the inside of the pancake. But now it's a different story! haha! I like to use the Maya's The Original Hot Cake Mix "Fluffy n Tasty".  Have a Happy Pancake day!
